Personal Background

I was born and raised in Western Canada

(Where it's cold and that white stuff called snow, stays around till April). 

I spent many years from Halloween to Easter with lots of white stuff on the ground.

Lived in the following Provinces/States

• Alberta
• Saskatchewan (still hard to spell)
• Nebraska
• Utah
• California (survived Prop13)
• Washington (survived the 11 months of rain)
• New York State
• California (returned to the Sunshine in 1985)

Resident of Orange since 1985, and hence the AllanOfOrange.  

Back in early European History you were known by where you were from.

Married for 38 years to wife Debbie (who loves cats)

Have two adult children and three precious grand children (photos available on request)

• I have slowed down lately in picture taking.........I blame it on Real Estate
• My wife blames it on "Old Age"
